Did you know right in the Longwood/Lake Mary area there's a thriving horse therapy ranch?
The nine horses that call Crossroads Corral home are no ordinary horses. They are friends and confidants to children, teens, active military, and veterans in need of healing. The nonprofit organization has also recently been named a Preferred Provider of Community-Based Care of Central Florida.
Crossroads Corral, headquartered off Lake Emma Road, was founded by Lindsay Brim and Julie Hester. The pair believes equine-assisted therapy is the perfect fit for those who have experienced trauma.
Meet the Crossroads Corral team and read their full story featured in the January/February issue of Lake Mary Life.
