Now the health trend is sweeping our office...although not everyone is quite on board...

1 acai smoothie packet (found in the frozen fruit section of your grocery store)
1 frozen banana
¼ cup coconut or almond milk
(Put mixture in the freezer until the consistency of ice cream)
Put 1 TBSP of coconut oil in a bowl and freeze for 15 min or until hard
Once frozen, scoop the acai mixture on top of frozen coconut oil
Add your favorite healthy toppings and enjoy!
Fruit - raspberries, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, mango
Ground flax seed
Peanut butter (We used PB2 Powder mixed with water to drizzle over the top)
