Amazing, fantastic, incredible... these are just a few of the words the clients of Oviedo’s Beers and Gordon, P.A. use to describe their experiences with the local law firm. Celebrating 10 years of service to the Central Florida community, attorneys David Beers and Jim Gordon are well-known for their more than 60 years of combined litigation experience and the extraordinary personal attention they bring to each case.
“We’re an established civil trial firm with the experience to handle cases of all sizes, from minor accidents to wrongful death suits,” David explains. “Regardless of the type of case, our sole focus is on achieving the best results for our clients. If you have experienced an accident that has resulted in a complicated medical or legal situation, please contact us for a free consultation to have your case reviewed.”
In addition to serving as a trusted community resource and legal advisor, the team at Beers and Gordon guides its clients through the intricate legal process by providing consistent communication and support throughout each case.
“In a most difficult time in my life, I was fortunate to be introduced to the Beers and Gordon law firm,” says client Jerry Dongilli, Sr. “Jim Gordon and David Beers helped me through every phase of my case. I never felt alone or worried during the whole process. I can’t thank them enough.”
David and Jim are also dedicated to educating drivers about the pitfalls of not carrying sufficient auto insurance.
“Forty percent of motorists don’t carry adequate insurance to protect themselves or someone they might hit in an accident,” says Jim. “You can protect yourself from the results of a costly accident that is no fault of your own by simply carrying underinsured motorist coverage. And, if you are in an accident, always take photos of all damage and involved vehicles at the scene, collect witnesses’ contact information, and if the police cannot come to the scene, ask the person who is at fault to record a statement on video.”
Jim encourages all drivers to contact the police immediately following an accident, even those that might be considered minor.
“Serious injuries sometimes surface hours or days after an accident,” Jim explains. “A police report can protect you and your pocketbook by providing the insurance company and your attorney the important details of the event.”
