If you’re looking for powerhouse commercial cleaners, look no further. Recently named a Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year for 2017, DCS Commercial Cleaning does it all, for businesses large and small.

A family-owned and operated company since its inception, DCS has been run for the past three years by Diane Ramirez, daughter of company founders Lucy and Horacio Ramirez. Diane’s brother and sister-in-law also help manage more than 15 employees who care for tens-of-thousands of square footage on a daily basis.

DCS specializes in providing janitorial services and consumable supplies to large corporations like Jeunesse Global and Frontline Insurance, both loyal clients. At Jeunesse alone, DCS staff cares for more than 130,000 square feet. The 400 employees there enjoy well-stocked supplies and clean offices every day.

But offices like that of Lake Mary Life Publishing are also among the many small-to-medium-sized companies that DCS services so effectively. “We couldn’t be happier with the skillful job that DCS has done over the past two years,” says Sheila Kramer, owner of Lake Mary Life Publishing.

DCS also works with a large local property management firm and is actively expanding its service footprint on International Drive in Lake Mary. So why does DCS Commercial Cleaning put so much emphasis on Lake Mary and its surrounding communities? The answer is simple:

“We live in Lake Mary,” says Diane. “It’s a great community and we love being a part of it.”
