According to real-estate expert Debbie Kantor, “luxury is an experience, not a price point.” And she should know. The daughter of a land developer and homebuilder, Debbie learned the art of buying and selling homes as a young girl. When her family settled in Central Florida in 1959, she began working with her father as he planned home designs and started building local residential subdivisions.
