There’s a simple reason Seminole County residents have turned to Gail Williams, CLU, and her State Farm Insurance team for more than three decades for their auto, home, and life insurance needs. It’s because Gail and her staff care about their clients, and their extraordinary customer service begins the moment a client calls or visits Gail’s Sanford office.

“My entire team is knowledgeable in all State Farm Insurance products, so someone is always available to guide you through a purchase or claim,” Gail says. “Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.”
Part of that mission also includes helping clients save money, and one of the easiest ways for clients to earn discounts is by bundling their auto, home, and life insurance.

“Clients are always surprised at how much they can save when they simply consolidate their insurance policies under the State Farm umbrella,” says Gail.

Homeowners may also be eligible for additional discounts if they utilize a monitored home alarm system and/or complete a four-point inspection or wind mitigation evaluation.

“The four-point inspection benefits clients with homes older than 10 years and evaluates the plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roof systems to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for insurance,” Gail explains. “Discounts are applicable if the home has been updated or exceeds current standards. A wind mitigation inspection often results in discounts for clients who have replaced their roof to suit current wind codes and durability standards.”

In addition to protecting her clients’ insurance budgets, Gail also encourages them to consider proper sinkhole coverage, which can save homeowners thousands if sinkhole activity occurs.
“Catastrophic ground collapse coverage is included in all policies in Florida, but it typically pays out only if the home is a total loss,” Gail says. “An additional sinkhole rider will cover more minor damage such as foundation cracks that are caused by a sinkhole but do not require the home to be condemned. This valuable addendum protects clients against costly repairs that might occur in your home or on your property.”

An agent with State Farm since 1987, Gail works with an expert team of certified professionals, and they are available for priority consultations at their office on Rinehart Road in the Sam’s Club Plaza.
