Dr. Ajay Kapadia knows a thing or two about the power of an all-new look. At Kapadia Orthodontics, he’s been transforming smiles in our community (his hometown, by the way) for years, giving patients young and old a new, more confident outlook on life thanks to a bright, picture-perfect smile.
Dr. Kapadia’s office on Alexandria Boulevard in Oviedo now looks different, too, and will make patients feel even more comfortable about their treatment and confident they’re in the right place. The entire facility has been renovated in restful blues and greys with LED lighting, new flooring and fixtures, and a sleek new flat-screen TV in the lobby, all with an ultra-modern style.
“It has a nice, positive vibe,” says Dr. Kapadia, “a more peaceful, calming feel. It gives the patients a better experience.”
One feature of the office remains the same, however, and it’s a popular one. Through the large windows in the treatment area, patients can still relax and take in peaceful views of trees, a pond, and wildlife, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the building’s soothing décor.
Just as the interior has been enhanced, so does Dr. Kapadia enhance the smiles of children, teens, adults, and seniors – whether it is through treating impacted teeth, putting on metal or clear braces, fitting retainers, or delivering surgical solutions. Sometimes, patients who’ve had braces in the past see a shift in their teeth. There are simple solutions for that. Each patient is unique and gets Dr. Kapadia’s individualized attention.
It’s an especially exciting day when a patient gets their braces off. After the strategic process of straightening one’s teeth with braces is complete, a perfect smile is unveiled. But it’s important to Dr. Kapadia that patients’ time in braces and the investments they’ve made in their smiles are valued, with their results preserved. That’s why retainers are another, equally important step in the orthodontic journey.
As with braces, there are many different options for retainers. A permanent retainer – affixed behind one’s teeth – means patients don’t have to remember to put it in at night. Removable retainers may be a better choice for other patients. Teeth move – it’s just what they do – so it’s important to maintain their position after the braces are gone.
Kapadia Orthodontics welcomes first-time and existing patients to its new-and-improved office. Dr. Kapadia and his team look forward to helping anyone who walks through their doors achieve their own new-and-improved smile.
