Truth: Buying and selling a home at the same time is a big undertaking, but Realtor Kristin Green-Vogt is known for reducing the stress of the most troublesome part of that process.

It’s the dreaded time gap in-between the two transactions. When attempting to buy a new home and sell your current home at the same time, you’re left trying to sync up a timeline to include showings, packing, two closings, and moving – not necessarily in that order – and juggling your family’s needs at the same time.

There’s a better way. How about the seamless sale of your old house in the morning, with the moving truck making its way to your new home by day’s end; no storage stopover in between, and no weeks-long hotel stay. Kristin can make that happen for her clients. She’s proven it by selling $10 million in volume last year alone.

“I have that strength as a Realtor because I have enough experience,” says Kristin, who has been in the industry for 10 years. “I know how to avoid monkey wrenches, solve problems, provide resolution, and keep buyers and sellers calm. I am empathetic to the stress buying and selling a home can cause.”

Kristin’s efforts have earned her repeat referrals and industry acclaim. In July, the Orlando Regional Realtor Association named Kristin one of its 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate.

A Florida native, Kristin is a University of Florida graduate with a degree in hospitality and tourism. She is a Disney enthusiast, as are her daughters, ages six and two, and Kristin likes to insert a whimsical sense of fun into her marketing efforts.

“We live in a city of magic,” she says. “The baseline of magic should be higher than it is in other places.”

Kristin’s clients have been known to wake up in the morning to find they’ve been gifted with thoughtful treats to match an upcoming holiday. She hosts regular fun events for clients past, present, and future, such as frozen yogurt parties, and Kristin has even raffled off a weekend stay at her beach condo in New Smyrna Beach.

Kristin calls it a privilege to be able to help buyers and sellers with their real-estate goals, especially in a competitive market. She appreciates the trust her clients put in her to achieve easier transitions, especially in piggyback transactions.

“To be referred repeatedly, that’s a compliment,” Kristin says.
