Park Jewelers

My husband Stefan is someone who does his research and weighs his options carefully – especially when it has to do with something major, like asking me to marry him last December!

He knew my taste was elegant and simple, but while diving deep into the four Cs of purchasing a diamond (cut, color, clarity, and carat), he turned to the experts at Park Jewelers in Lake Mary for advice on engagement rings. After a thorough conversation with Demetre Tsirigotis, a Graduate Gemologist and the son of store owner Tony Tsirigotis, Stefan was excited to get started. He entrusted the Park Jewelers team to create something just right for me, all within his budget.

After working in secret on my engagement ring and planning an unforgettable proposal, is it any surprise that I practically screamed YES! Now approaching our one-year anniversary, I 100-percent adore my engagement ring and it’s timeless beauty.

Through it all, Park Jewelers has been our jewelry store of choice. They’ve custom-made our entire wedding set: my engagement ring, my matching wedding band, and Stefan’s band, which was an extremely sentimental decision. It is his late-father’s wedding band that Park Jewelers lovingly resized, polished, and inscribed. Demetre handled our request with the utmost care and respect.

Whether it’s a custom-made piece, a reconstruction of a sentimental piece of jewelry or family heirloom, or a ready-to-go and gorgeous piece from the showroom’s dazzling selection, Park Jewelers will help you find what you’re looking for. And, with its lifetime promise to clean, polish, and resize any jewelry they’ve sold to you or custom-made for you at no cost, you can bet that you’ll be back – I already have a handful of times.

Customer Service at Its Finest
Park Jewelers is a family-owned and operated business built on customer service, quality work, and trust. Owner Tony Tsirigotis works alongside his wife, Sylvie, and children Demetre and Maria. Together, the Tsirigotis family is a complementary and skilled team that makes every effort to genuinely get to know customers on a personal level, understand what they’re shopping for, and guide them through the process. It’s their genuine attention to everyone who walks in the door that keeps customers like me coming back.

“Customer service is what we’re built on,” says Tony, who has been in the jewelry business and doing what he loves for more than 35 years. “People may come into our jewelry store feeling a little intimidated and not knowledgeable, but that’s what we’re here for. We take you step-by-step, we get a feel for your taste, and we work with any budget. We make an effort to educate and help you use your budget wisely. At the end of the day, we want you or your special someone to open up your jewelry box and say, “Oh my gosh, I love it!’”

A Premier Jewelry Shopping Experience
Clients have the luxury of choice at Park Jewelers. From engagement rings to diamond necklaces to men’s watches and high-end collectible lighters, gifts are available for anyone. You can purchase from the showroom’s diverse selection of exclusive brands like Roberto Coin, Shy Creation, John Hardy and Fana, or you can have your piece custom made like I did.

“Don’t be afraid to go custom,” says Sylvie. “There are no extra fees for this service, and it doesn’t necessarily cost more than a finished product. We can do it all in-house.”

The onsite master jeweler at Park Jewelers is Matthew Willingham. He can do everything from a simple ring repair to creating complex pieces. Additional services include watch cleaning and repairs, jewelry appraisals, insurance estimates, and pearl restringing.

If you want to browse the Park Jewelers selection and meet the Tsirigotis family, stop by an upcoming Premiere Event Trunk Show for hors d’oeuvres and drinks this holiday season featuring the store’s exclusive brands: Shy Creation on December 6, John Hardy on December 20, and Roberto Coin on December 21.
