Snedaker Law of Lake Mary may be new to Central Florida, but the personal-injury practice features robust experience, advanced legal knowledge, and an abiding love of the area.
The firm offers a unique, multi-service approach to clients who are injured due to someone else’s negligence – such as an automobile, slip and fall, product-liability, or medical malpractice accident. And though some may hesitate about reaching out to an attorney, clients are pleasantly surprised when they visit this office.
Personal, Wrap-Around Service
The sister/brother-in-law team of firm partners Shannon Snedaker and Tim Snedaker represents a rare family-business combination, and one that works well. The legal staff is rounded out by senior case manager Mike Palacios and paralegal Stephanie Lillie.
Snedaker Law consultations are always free, as is the legal work leading up to a recovery.
“We don’t get paid until you do,” says Shannon. “Fears about cost should never be a barrier to seeking medical care and quality representation.”
“Dealing with any insurance claim can be challenging,” says Tim. “We take care of the headaches.”
Snedaker Law doesn’t only wrangle with the insurance company, it also assists with services clients may or may not know they need after an accident such as specialized medical attention, damage estimates, and automobile gap coverage.
Snedaker Law seeks to understand the full story behind each case to get clients the recovery they deserve. The firm meets with clients to understand their needs and build their case. Snedaker Law then communicates with the insurance companies so its clients can focus on recovering from their injuries. Not every personal-injury claim is the same; Snedaker Law takes the time to pay attention to the individual.
Central Florida = Home
Shannon and Tim are both raising their families in our community. Shannon, a resident since 2003, has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a law degree from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. She previously worked defending companies and individuals against personal-injury claims, providing her with invaluable knowledge of how insurance carriers evaluate accident claims.
Raised in Fort Lauderdale, Tim recently moved up from South Florida. A graduate of the University of Virginia and University of Miami School of Law, he was previously a partner in a firm that specialized in representing medical providers against insurance companies.
Shannon and Tim, along with Mike and Stephanie, look forward to answering your questions and helping you find justice.
