Time brings many things – wisdom, experience, and, well, the visual signs that come with age. Fortunately, Trés Jolie Medical Spa in Lake Mary can help with the latter, rejuvenating faces, hands, or bodies that don’t appear as youthful as they once did.
Along with a full line of beauty and wellness products, Trés Jolie offers minimally invasive procedures to lift sagging skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles with little to no downtime, such as Botox and Dysport injections to relax muscles that cause wrinkles, and radio-frequency-based VelaShape III for tightening slack tissues in the abdomen.
But in the four years Trés Jolie has been at its Lake Mary location on West Lakeview Avenue, time has also blessed the business with a reputation of excellence. And owner-operator Susan Leskanic is excited to announce some big changes to better serve her valued clients. It begins with a slight change of address.
A new, even-more-luxurious Trés Jolie Medical Spa is under construction directly behind the West Lakeview Avenue location.
At 4,500 square feet, the new facility gives Trés Jolie more space to offer clients all its services and products. Complementary health, beauty, and wellness services from other vendors will be in the new building, as well, giving clients unparalleled convenience.
“We’ll have a designated laser-treatment room,” says Susan, a board-certified nurse practitioner and master aesthetic injector certified in dermal fillers and purified neurotoxins. “There will be a separate space where patients are numbed before procedures, and a private check-out area.”
Trés Jolie can start seeing clients in the new building at 138 West Crystal Lake Avenue in August. Another exciting development: Nurse Practitioner Deanna Vazquez has joined Trés Jolie.
“Passionately perfecting natural beauty” is the motto at Trés Jolie. The goal is always to enhance a client’s natural features, not to change their appearance in an unintended way. Susan wants clients to look younger and more vibrant, without any clear indication they have had any kind of procedure done.
She happily tells a story of a male client who was complimented “that he looked so much younger wearing his shirt untucked,” says Susan. People knew he looked better — they just weren’t quite sure why. That is exactly the mission, Susan says: to put clients’ natural, physical assets front and center, without telltale signs of overfilling or radical, immediate change.
Susan believes in a natural look to help combat the signs of aging. To achieve this goal, the medical spa uses customized filler-injection procedures for every client. Great emphasis is put on the symmetry of the face, and Susan is skilled in balancing a client’s overall look.
“I’ve studied faces, for decades,” says Susan. “It all has to do with ratios. Helping patients look more beautiful is about putting everything into proportion.”
Susan cites the creases at the sides of the nose down to the mouth, which can become more pronounced over time. In many cases, the cheeks need a bit of filler and lift, as well, to truly make Susan’s other aesthetic work effective and create the desired result.
Susan delights in explaining her craft to new patients during free, initial consultations.
“For anything that bothers them, there is a solution,” she says.
Soon, those solutions will be delivered in Trés Jolie’s elegant, upscale new environment.
