MaxStrength Fitness

Walk into MaxStrength Fitness Winter Springs, and you won’t find an intimidating gym environment. That’s by design. After celebrating its grand opening a few months ago, the studio is settling into the community and delivering results for its clients.
From retirees rebuilding strength to younger professionals staying ahead of the curve, the clientele is proving that the MaxStrength Fitness approach works.
It’s a model built on a simple idea: Strength training shouldn’t be intimidating, and it shouldn’t eat up your whole day. Fitness sessions – 20 minutes, twice a week – are by appointment only, one-on-one with a trainer.
“You’re not paying for time; you’re paying for an outcome,” says Justin Kennedy, the studio’s owner. “This protocol is designed to give you the best outcome in the shortest time possible.”
In 20 minutes, a workout at MaxStrength Fitness does more for your muscles than a typical hour at the gym, he says. No guesswork, no wasted time, just a trainer watching every repetition to make sure it counts.
MaxStrength Fitness does it all with a personal touch, including trainers who greet clients by name and a private, distraction-free space with no loud music or mirrors. Justin describes the studio’s workout style as calm and deliberate – more like physical therapy than a typical gym session.
The results speak for themselves. Studio manager Jamie Lupo shares the story of a client who had difficulty with the routine task of stepping off curbs.
“She struggled; she would always have to stop and step sideways,” says Jamie, adding that the client’s training at MaxStrength Fitness changed that. “Within 30 days, she could step off the curb, walking straight.”
Another client, new to strength training, took an overseas trip one month into her studio workouts. Although her trip included miles of walking, she came home without the soreness she’d expected, thanks to her sessions at MaxStrength Fitness.
If you’ve been putting off doing something for your health, Justin’s advice is simple: You owe it to yourself to check out what MaxStrength Fitness has to offer. The goal isn’t just to live longer, he says, it’s to live better.
