My Gym Lake Mary is a leading children’s fitness and developmental play center designed to help kids grow stronger, more confident, and more coordinated through structured, movement-based learning. 

Owned by Joe Beaulieu and Carmen Garcia-Beaulieu, My Gym Lake Mary has been serving local families since 2009. In 2013, the couple added a My Gym location in Maitland. And in 2025, the Beaulieus were honored as the company’s Worldwide Franchisee of the Year, recognizing their excellence in programming, operations, and community connection.

My Gym offers a wide range of age-specific classes, starting with   Parent & Me sessions for infants and toddlers, where moms and dads join their little ones in songs, balance activities, basic motor skill development, and bonding play. 

As children grow, they transition into preschool gymnastics-style classes that introduce tumbling, coordination drills, obstacle courses, and group activities that build independence and social skills. A variety of dance classes are also offered, including ballet, jazz, acro, and lyrical.

“For our younger classes, we keep it fresh with a variety of activities that never get old,” says Joe. “For the older kids, we offer a noncompetitive environment where every child can succeed. We want everyone to feel welcome and excited to move, make friends, and make memories.”

Beyond classes, families love My Gym’s private birthday party packages, seasonal camps during school breaks, and Parents’ Night Out, offered twice monthly.
