In a world where one unexpected lawsuit or accident can dismantle a lifetime of hard work, attorney Joe Seagle has made it his mission to keep people’s assets secure, identities private, and businesses protected.

Through his two companies, Aspire Legal Solutions and My Land Trustee, Joe and his team have become trusted partners for real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and families looking to protect what matters most.

Headquartered in Central Florida, Joe’s companies serve clients across the state but have strong ties to Seminole County – where many of their employees and  clients live.

Protection Equals Peace of Mind

At the heart of Aspire Legal Solutions is a focus on asset protection and estate planning.

“If people can see what you own,” says Joe, “you become a target for lawsuits.”

His firm specializes in making clients less vulnerable to legal threats – whether from tenants, contractors, business partners, or even strangers.

“We help you look poor on paper, even if you’re not,” says Joe. “That’s a good thing when someone’s trying to sue you.”

Most of Joe’s clients are real estate investors, high net-worth families, and business owners who value privacy and security. But his team also works with retirees and others who simply want peace of mind.

“We had a kindergarten teacher come in after nearly getting into a bad car accident,” says Joe. “He realized he didn’t have a plan for what would happen if he became incapacitated. That’s where we come in – not just for death, but for life.”

Estate planning, according to Joe, isn’t just about passing on wealth. It’s about making sure that if you can’t take care of yourself, someone you trust can manage your health, finances, and property – and sometimes that involves more than one individual.

“You may have one person who you trust to make health decisions for you,” says Joe, “and someone else to handle the financial stuff.”

A Proactive Approach

That proactive mindset extends to business clients, as well. Through Aspire Legal Solutions, Joe offers guidance to entrepreneurs who are starting companies, helping them structure partnerships and ownership correctly from the outset.

“One of the biggest mistakes business owners make is putting everything in their own name,” says Joe. “It makes them a magnet for lawsuits.”

To help support the small business community, Joe also produces a podcast and newsletter in which he interviews entrepreneurs and experts like CPAs and wealth managers.

“It’s tactical,” he says. “It’s about learning from each other and staying ahead of the curve.”

Joe’s second company, My Land Trustee, is a solution for real estate owners who want their names kept off public records and who need help managing their properties. Acting as an independent third-party trustee, My Land Trustee places properties into land trusts – so Joe’s firm shows up on the title instead of the client’s name.

“That way, if someone searches public records, they won’t know who really owns it,” he says. “This helps prevent frivolous lawsuits before they start.”

The separation created by these trusts can be the difference between financial disaster and protection. For example, one of Joe’s clients was a doctor whose wife had caused a serious auto accident.

“Because they had followed our advice, the lawsuit only affected her, not him,” says Joe. “Their business, their real estate, their other assets – all protected. Another couple in the same situation lost nearly everything because they hadn’t set things up properly.”

Joe emphasizes that this kind of planning isn’t just for the ultra-wealthy.

“Whether you own 100 properties or just a home and a small retirement fund,” he says, “the principles are the same: Protect what you have and plan ahead.”
