Pride fuels Christian Brothers Automotive in Oviedo, says George Beck, who owns the full-service car shop with his wife, Carol.

Repairs on every make and model – from Honda Civics to Lamborghinis – are completed with courtesy, efficiency, and competence. As a result, the Becks’ loyal customers are quick to refer friends to the shop.

“We are in the relationship business,” says George. “This isn’t merely transactional. If they come here, we can solve their vehicle problems.”

Transparency, honesty, and the best warranty around (three years on labor and parts) drive the success of Christian Brothers Automotive. 

The Becks also routinely invest in their team of certified mechanics and support staff, which means employee turnover is low. Clients enjoy seeing friendly, familiar faces behind the counter or at the car lifts.

“Customer commitment is very important,” says George, “and we continue to provide coaching and development to ensure our staff has the tools to serve.”

The Becks prioritize their employees in other ways, too. Last year, air-conditioning was added to the shop to keep the auto technicians comfortable. Carol also provides a weekly meal for the team.

Now in its fourth year in business, Christian Brothers Automotive in Oviedo has resolved thousands of car problems, getting its customers safely back on the road.
