FIT 407 is kicking off 2026 with exciting new offerings designed to take your workout to the next level. FIT 407 is the fitness center that brought modern reformer Pilates to life at its Oviedo Studio and elsewhere in Florida.
Through January, new members can enjoy one month of unlimited reformer or hot mat Pilates (offered at select Studios) for only $126.
FIT 407, which entered the fitness market in 2022, specializes in modern Pilates – a scientifically designed workout that helps increase metabolism, strength, endurance, definition, alignment, flexibility, cardio, body composition, and bone density.
At FIT 407, the focus is on a high energy, full-body workout in a music-infused, fun environment. Workouts incorporate the concept of slow resistance training (SRT) through the use of spring-loaded reformer machines called the FIT Former.
FIT SRT is the company’s signature reformer-based strength method built on the time-under-tension principle – moving with control, holding with intention, and creating space to fine-tune alignment. Slow changes everything. The workout is free of momentum, rushing, or wasted reps. Every exercise is coached for precision so you work the right muscles, build true strength, and create a deep connection to your body from head to toe.
Expect expertly programmed classes for improved alignment, a stronger core connection, and a full-body workout without impact, set to an upbeat music playlist that brings the room together. The goal is to offer an effective workout for everyone, regardless of skill level.
FIT 407 is also ringing in the new year with a FIT AS FIRE brand extension at select Studios, fusing high-intensity reformer sessions with cutting-edge infrared hot mat Pilates. Infrared heat penetrates deep into muscles and joints, accelerating flexibility, detox, and recovery. This new concept is designed to complement reformer Pilates for total-body synergy for beginners as well as athletes.
A variety of membership levels are available to suit any schedule or workout regimen. There are currently eight FIT 407 Studios in Central Florida with three new Studios slated to open in early ‘26 – including one in Lake Mary.
