Nick got his start in the roofing industry at age 15, when he began working for his father Joe. Nick’s dad and uncle taught him to repair tile and shingle roofs, interact with customers, and troubleshoot problems. In a full-circle moment, the 76-year-old Joe is now working for Nick.
