Realtor Kristin Green-Vogt

Realtor Kristin Green-Vogt and her team at the Kristin Green-Vogt Group are approaching a significant marker in their journey together. In 2026, the real estate brokerage – a staple in the Lake Mary community – will begin its fifth year as a woman-owned business.

“It feels like a milestone in the fact that it’s not been a predictable market,” says Kristin, “and we’re a woman-run business in a world that tends to be a little bit more male-dominated.”

Kristin and her mom Debbie Metzger – both brokers – started on this path together, along with two other agents who believed in them and the culture they wanted to establish. That culture encompasses spunk and enthusiasm, real estate knowledge and know-how, and personal investment in each client. Kristin and Debbie make it a priority to get to know every client in order to craft a successful real estate plan specifically for them.

“We are very customer-centered, very  family-centered,” says Kristin. “It’s not the same experience for everybody because we’re going to figure out how to make it work based on your needs.”

Now, this mother-daughter duo has 26 agents in their group, three of whom are men.

“We’ve been able to grow and be flexible and figure out where the growth is,” says Kristin. “We can stand the test of whatever market, whatever adversity comes our way.”

Several team members are agents who were attracted to the authentic way Kristin and Debbie do business and wanted to join their group.

“Other team members were clients who have actually become agents and joined us

because they had such a great experience working with us,” Kristin says.

Kristin and Debbie run their brokerage a bit differently than others do. For example, they support agents in running their own businesses and earning their own commissions. Kristin also believes in sharing her knowledge about the real estate business with her colleagues and celebrating their successes. That’s why the Kristin Green-Vogt Group has helped more than 825 families with their home sales and purchases and garnered more than $275 million in sales to date.

In this ever-changing housing market, it’s important to have an expert by your side. Kristin, a fifth-generation Seminole County resident, knows Central Florida and is here to help her clients navigate the journey of buying or selling a home.
