With 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, Karen Dodzweit-Ripperger doesn’t just sell homes – she serves people. For her, being a Realtor is far more than a career; it’s a calling.

“My favorite part of real estate is helping sellers prepare their home for sale,” she says. “I get so much joy out of optimizing a home’s potential.”

Karen takes a hands-on approach to every listing, bringing a meticulous, start-to-finish strategy that ensures each home is presented in its best possible light. She understands that the details matter, from staging to small improvements.

“I remember buying my first home in the mid-90s. I was so nervous something would go wrong or that I was making a mistake,” says Karen. “When I became a Realtor, I promised myself that none of my clients would ever feel that way. I’ll be there for them – taking the stress out of the process.”

Karen’s thoughtful approach translates to results, with her proven techniques leading to faster sales and stronger offers.

“I want your house to shine,” says Karen, a longtime local resident and graduate of the University of Central Florida. “The little things make such a difference.”

But it’s not just about homes for Karen – it’s also about people. One client, a mother of three whose husband had already relocated out of state, was overwhelmed by the logistics of selling and moving. Karen showed up with flowers and then immediately got to work, coordinating carpet cleaning, repairs, and staging.
